This project involved the sensitive renovation of an Arts & Crafts house. Structural alterations allowed the creation of a new spacious family kitchen with direct access to the garden. There was an upgrade of thermal insulation and restoration of many original period features. Cayford Design secured planning approvals for the extension, and produced construction documentation for implementation by the client.
