The project consists of an unmodernised Edwardian house in Roseneath Road, London Borough of Wandsworth. It has been transformed into a four-storey, five-bedroom house including a converted loft, and of a garden single storey modern house as an annexe (not yet implemented). Each floor has been designed with a different purpose. Above all, space is meant to "entertain" in the original Latin meaning inter ‘among’ + tenere ‘to hold’. This house is a successful example of the conversion of inhabitable space into a contemporary living, into a modern Home. Main Contractor | Ian Patterson
