A reserved matters planning application was made for 101 dwellings and associated works for phase 1 of the development in 2013 consisting of a mixture of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes.
The proposed layout was designed with key junctions throughout the scheme, along with areas of key buildings to create a distinctive environment.
The scheme designed with two building styles, which generally utilise a similar palette of materials using local stone and pastel render colours.
The key buildings are influenced by Liskeards own Architect, Henry Rice and are situated adjacent to the main link road and feature hipped roofs and local detailing.
Detailed drawings for both the planning application and subsequent Building Regulation application were produced.
